Our Mission

Oswego County is facing the same challenges that other communities throughout the New York State are facing: Providing resources for innovative ways to help students achieve academic success. With dwindling state budget support, schools in Oswego County are seeking new and innovative ways to meet and exceed educational Excellence for our students of today and tomorrow.

The purpose of the Weston T. Hyde Oswego County Educational Foundation is to create new and enhance existing educational opportunities for Oswego County residents; to secure funding sources not currently available to BOCES and School Districts; and to build partnerships through incentives.

Since November 2002, we have worked to provide educational success stories in Oswego County.
